First time I've made carrot cake from scratch. This was awesome. Used 1/2 cup brn sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup splenda. Used 8 oz applesauce and 1/4 cup oil. Used cream cheese frosting II. Used 1/2 the amt of sugar and substituted splenda for that. This is for my small group - and I can't wait to serve it! Thank-you so much for this recipe.
