Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

Reviewed on Nov. 8, 2008 by lalynnhussey
OH. MY. GOODNESS!!!! I think this was the most yummiest thing I've ever made. I used diced tomatoes, the kind with added basil, garlic and onion. I also used half and half, but next time I'll use cream. I also used the hot italian sausage, and that made it very spicy. I'll use sweet next time. Also, I have to say that I kinda liked the sauce before I added the half and half. Will for sure be making this again!!

Kielbasa Stew

Reviewed on Nov. 7, 2008 by lalynnhussey
Smelled like my great-grandma's stuffed cabbages. I love that cabbage/kielbasa smell. I used tomato sauce, and added a can of white beans and one diced potato. Hubby asked that next time, I up the cabbage, more potato and lots of carrot. I will make this a lot.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed on Nov. 6, 2008 by lalynnhussey
Don't send a mob after me, but I didn't care for this. I think my husband put to much parm in it, b/c it tasted salty. Hubby pulled off the topping half way of eating it. But my mom-in-law liked it.
