Italian Chicken Marinade

been doing this for years on shish kabobs. Its a longtime hit. try it with Greek vinegrette salad dressing from kraft..awesome as well.

Roast Pork with Plum Sauce

i used this recipie for my first ever tenderloin. We had a bunch of relatives come up, and everybody loved it. I cooked it to about medium well and it came out extremely tender, and was even great reheated the next day. I already have gotten requests to make this again!
