Shrimp Scampi Bake

Very Easy and as good as what you get at seafood places - dont let the mustard scare you off - it just adds a little zip, but your guests wont know what it is! Loved it!

First time made the mistake of using the stated amount of ginger but in powder form. Uh, no. Don't do that. Second time made as directed.

Steak Tip Marinade

Yes, made twice now. First time as stated. Great! Modified second time. Nope. Wonderful as is. Don't need steak sauce. Tastes better as leftovers.
