Glazed Apple Cream Pie

Does anyone think I can make this without heavy cream? I found out recently that I'm lactose intolerant, and they sell Lactaid milk, so i can have that, but I can't have half and half or any other types of cream. I want to make this, but i'm not sure about leaving out the heavy cream.

Swiss Cheese 'n' Onion Quiche

excellent. Delicious! Hubby and baby ate it up. I didnt use the flour (no need?) and I added chopped up pre-cooked sausage and frozen broccoli (thawed before adding) as additions. The swiss cheese was really great.

Sus' Cat Scratch Attack Casserole

pretty good. I found the whole jar of mayonaise seemed a bit much. So I only used 1/4 cup. 1 can of tuna. Triple the rice. Excellent spicy flavor. Even the baby ate some!
